What is the difference between nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities and long term care facilities?

I am a nurse new graduate looking to start my career as a social nurse. Since the economy is so bad, it is very difficult for me (a new graduate without experience) to get a job in a hospital. The nurse recruiter me told to start gaining experience in a skilled nursing facility. However, when I search for open positions online I see these three words put around a lot. Nursing-home installation qualified nurses (SNF)-establishment of long-term care (LTC) in This new graduate wishing to gain experience in my field, I learned to work SNFS and LTCs. But whenever I google, nursing home places ahead. Are they the same, different? I do not want to invest my time in an area that does not contribute to improve my nursing experience and / or career. Forgive me if this seems silly.

This is because most likely your work sites are intranet and not internet. The difference is intranets are usually only available on the LAN rather then the WAN. If port 80 (http port) was opened up and forwarded to your internals Web Servers then you could access it from the outside. However your work has those ports closed on their firewall so its only avail on the inside
